Abilene House Leveling is a referral service operated by R&S. When you contact us, we pass your request to one independent local house leveling company, which does the work. This policy explains what we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Calls: the number you call from, the date, time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Every call starts with a notice that it is recorded. Our call tracking provider, CallRail, may also note the city and state linked to your number.
- Voicemails: the message you leave, which can include your name, phone number, ZIP code and what you need done.
- Requests you send us through the quote form: your name, phone number, ZIP code, the service you need, any details or photos you add, the page you sent it from, and the time, IP address and browser of the request, which we keep as proof of your consent.
- Visits: like every website, this site receives your IP address, the pages you request and your browser details when you visit. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking scripts on this site.
Why we use it
- To call you back about your request and connect you with a local company.
- To send your request to that one company, so it can contact you and give you a quote.
- To check that calls and requests are real (not spam), to settle any question with the company about a request, and to keep our service running safely.
We share your details with the one company your request goes to, which may pay us for the referral, and with the service providers listed below that help us run this service. We don't sell your details to anyone else, and we don't use them to market other things to you. We don't send you marketing texts or automated calls.
The quote form's optional box for texts and automated calls is unchecked unless you tick it, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Who sees it
- The one company your request goes to. It gets your number, your message or request details and, for calls, a link to the recording. We never send your details or recording to any other house leveling company.
- Our service providers, which we use only to run this service: CallRail (call tracking and recording; CallRail keeps its own copies of recordings under its own policy), Hostinger (hosting and email), our email provider, and Anthropic, whose AI tools we use to sort calls and messages (for example, to spot spam or a wrong number).
- When the law requires it, for example a valid court order.
How long we keep it
We keep our copies of call recordings for 12 months, then delete them, unless a question about that call is still open. Links to recordings that we send to the company expire after 30 days. Other request details are kept as long as we need them for the reasons above, and for the records the law asks us to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, where the law allows. Contact us using the details below and tell us the phone number you called from, so we can find your records.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on a home or property. We don't knowingly collect details from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the bottom of the page.
